The movie is about a usual university student whose name is Day which is played by Jay Baruchel. He was living a normal life not until he met the sorcerer Blathazar Blake which is played Nicolas Cage whom on the story got Dave as his reluctant apprentice and sooner taught him how to make magic. Baruchel is about to face a fight against the agents and forces of darkness in the new time Manhattan. On the other hand, Dave is in his conquest on how to survive the training that he is into. It will take him a lot of courage to pass his training and getting the girl that he likes as he turns out to be the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.

This movie is under the production of Walt Disney Pictures directed by jon Turtletaub.
